We are a friendly neighborhood cafe serving delicious food and specialty coffee in the heart of Carlton. We believe that food should be thoughtful, freshly prepared, and easy to customize while being affordable to most.

Our menus are carefully designed to celebrate Australia’s diverse communities and bountiful produce. Our high-quality coffee beans are supplied by local favorite Code Black Coffee Roasters, one of the best in the city.

We prefer to use biodegradable cutlery and packaging whenever possible because we believe that it helps to keep our environment clean. We do not use onion, garlic, alliums, mushrooms, or alcohol in our recipes because we believe that doing so helps keep the mind clear and conscious.

We are inspired by the principle of ahimsa or “non-violence” which makes our food quite suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and anyone who wants to contribute to a healthier, more compassionate, and more sustainable society.
